SMS Terms & Consent

1. Who this disclosure is for

Bartlett Investments LLC is a Tennessee residential general contractor and real-estate operator. We engage subcontractors (framers, plumbers, electricians, HVAC installers, drywallers, painters, roofers, etc.) and material suppliers (lumber, cabinets, flooring vendors, etc.) on construction projects we actively manage. This SMS program is for those engaged subcontractors and suppliers only.

We do not send SMS to consumers, prospects, leads, or anyone with whom we do not have a direct, ongoing business relationship. We do not collect phone numbers through any web form on this site, and we do not buy, rent, or import phone lists.

2. How you opt in

You opt in by verbally providing your phone number to Michael Bartlett in person or by telephone, during onboarding for an active or upcoming construction project (or supply engagement). At the time you provide your number, you are told the following — and by providing your number, you agree to it:

The contractor records your number in our internal roster (contractor.bartlettlabs.dev/trades) only after you have verbally agreed. The trade-add form in our internal application requires the contractor to confirm your verbal consent before saving the number.

3. What messages you will receive

You will receive operational SMS in the following categories — we do not send marketing or promotional SMS:

• Schedule coordination notices— “Your phase is ready to start on [date],” or “The previous trade is wrapping up — are you good to start [date]?”
• Quote requests — a description of work scope on a specific Bartlett Investments project, with a link to send your quoted number back through a secure form.
• Payment and contract follow-ups — links to review and sign written agreements before work begins, and notifications when payment has been issued.
• Document collection — links to securely submit your IRS Form W-9, certificate of insurance, or business license so we can pay you and stay compliant.

4. Message frequency

Frequency varies by your engagement on a project. Typical volume:

• 0 to 5 messages per weekwhile a project you're engaged on is active.
• Zerobetween projects or after you've completed your scope.
• Some weeks (e.g. the week leading up to your scheduled phase) may include daily coordination messages.

5. Opting out (STOP)

You can opt out at any time by replying STOPto any message we send. Once we receive STOP we will stop sending you SMS, and we will mark your number as opted-out across all future Bartlett Investments LLC outreach (so a future project won't resubscribe you).

The following keywords are honored: STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT. To opt back in after stopping, reply START.

6. Help (HELP)

Reply HELPto any message and you'll receive a reply with our business name and a contact number. You may also email bartlettinvestmentstn@gmail.com or call 931-261-1353 for support.

7. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may applyfrom your wireless carrier. Bartlett Investments LLC does not charge you a fee for receiving or replying to SMS. Carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. We do not share phone numbers

We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose phone numbers, opt-in status, or SMS content to any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are shared only with Twilio Inc. (the SMS-delivery provider that transmits the message on our behalf), and only to the extent strictly required to deliver the message you have consented to receive.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
